Join the Annual Meeting of Our Local Business Improvement District
I am passing along news about the Columbus-Amsterdam Business Improvement District's annual meeting on July 16th to which all are invited. There will be a bit of history from neighbor Jim Mackin as well as a look back at the accomplishments of the year in the BID's neighborhood.
If you haven't had a look recently, business is booming on stretches of these two avenues, picking up where old mom-and-pop Broadway left off -- thanks to less stratospheric rents. The BID's website includes some useful information about these businesses. You'll see more information below.

Since this is an annual meeting, in order to be eligible to vote,
you must own or represent property in the district, or
be a commercial tenant, residential tenant, or condo owner in a building with
frontage on Columbus or Amsterdam Ave between 96th & 110th Street.
